The XVIII International Atyrau Legal Conference on the topic “Investment climate in Kazakhstan: influencing factors, limitations, barriers, uncertainties, risks and potential” was held in Atyrau.
Ekaterina Nurperzentova, head of judicial practice at Olympex, made a presentation on “Trends in judicial practice on the implementation by interested parties of the right to defense within the framework of administrative justice.”
A wide range of issues were discussed at the conference, including the participation of representatives of investors, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and practicing lawyers.
