The experts of OLYMPEX ADVISERS successfully rendered services on support of the registration procedure for private companies in the Astana International Financial Center.
The goal of the services was to register subsidiaries of the Swiss company Stadler CIS AG – a major manufacturer of railway rolling stock – in the Astana International Financial Center.
The experts rendered “turn key” services for registration of private companies, including:
- Preparation of draft corporate solutions required for registration;
- Development of constituent documents;
- Submission of an application for registration;
- Assistance in submission of reporting forms required by the statistical authorities for new companies;
- Assistance in opening a bank account.
As a result of the services, the experts of OLYMPEX ADVISERS registered private companies Stadler Kazakhstan Ltd. and Stadler Service Kazakhstan Ltd. in the Astana International Financial Center.
