In the course of providing this service, OLYMPEX ADVISERS experts analyzed possible additional charges on the part of the auditors, the latter were provided with justifications and evidence on the legality of the application of tax legislation by the subsoil user. We also provided situational advice to employees during a tax audit, provided opinions on a number of controversial issues.

The tax audit results were appealed by OLYMPEX ADVISERS experts to a higher authorized tax authority.

In the course of the appeal, the arguments and justifications developed in the course of the legal support the tax audit were successfully applied, resulting in that by a decision of the authorized body the entire amount additionally charged based on the results of the tax audit (100%) was recognized as illegal and the notice was canceled in full.
