The project involved the development of a number of regulatory legal acts, as well as the introduction of amendments and supplements to the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the provision of services, work was done on the preparation of draft Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Approval of the Rules for the Fulfillment of Obligations in Kind, On Determination of the Recipient of the Share of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the State”.

Olympex Advisers experts provided legal support in the process of coordinating regulatory legal acts with interested state bodies (the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of National Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, as well as the accredited organizations and associations of private business entities).

As a result of the active participation of the company’s experts, the draft regulatory legal acts were adopted and approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a short time.

A feature of the project is the improvement by Olympex Advisers experts of the experience in the implementation of legal entities’ activities under the Production Sharing Agreement.

In addition, the project provided for financial and economic calculations for the development of a pricing methodology, separate tax accounting, as well as analysis and assessment of tax risks according to the developed scheme of transfer and sale of the share of the state.
