On December 5, Astana hosted the Scientific and Practical Conference “KAZAKHSTAN’S ADVOCACY – CHALLENGES OF MODERNITY,” dedicated to Kazakhstan’s Advocacy Day.

The event brought together professionals from across the country to discuss the challenges and prospects of the legal profession. It was organized by the Akmola Regional Bar Association (ARBA) in partnership with Olympex Advisers.

Representing our company, Ekaterina Nurperzentova, Head of Litigation at LLP “OLYMPEX ADVISERS,” delivered a presentation. A Master of Law, member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association, and the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she addressed an important topic: “Current Issues of Access to Justice in Light of the Provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” Her speech sparked significant interest among the audience.

The conference concluded with an awards ceremony to celebrate Advocacy Day.
